Property Assessors Ltd is an independent company working in England, Wales and Northern Ireland providing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for properties that are going to be marketed for sale.

In accordance with European Law requirement Energy Performance Certificates were introduced in Great Britain and Northern Ireland and are required for every property going for sale. They were introduced in England and Wales in August 2007 as part of Home Information Packs and are being introduced in Northern Ireland from June 2008.

We at Property Assessors have been performing Domestic Energy Assessments and producing EPCs from when they first became a requirement in England and Wales in August 2007 working with estate agents, solicitors as well as some Home Information Pack providers and have valuable experience. Now we have opened an office in Northern Ireland.

Our aim is to provide estate agents and solicitors with dedicated Energy Assessors who provide fast, friendly and professional service which will establish and guarantee dependable working relationships.

Property Assessors Ltd is fully government accredited and has personal indemnity and public liability insurance.
