Required in Northern Ireland from the 30th of June 2008 for all residential properties for sale. Both those marketed from this date as well as those already on the market. Residential EPCs for Rental properties from 31st December 2008

Commercial EPCs
From 31st December 2008.

DECs (Display Energy Certificate) for Public Buildings All Public buildings over 1000m2 including local government and council properties must display a DEC by 31st December 2008.
